We are excited to help you help your child develop and improve motor and sensory skills to enhance your child's ability to learn, play, make and keep friends, enjoy sensory exploration, and have fun! The following forms and general information will help us get started. Please fill them out and either email them to kidztherapy@icloud.com or bring them with you to your first appointment.
